State of Ohio and Drug-Free Workplaces
Your organization will realize many benefits if you become a drug free workplace. That's why the State of Ohio also encourages you to become a DFW:

  • In 2002 Governor Taft mandated that to provide construction services to the State of Ohio you must be a certified DFW by July 2003.

  • OBWC provides insurance to about two-thirds of Ohio's workforce. If you are an OBWC Worker’s Compensation customer and become a certified BWC DFW you can receive up to 20% off of your BWC premiums!
